REGISTRATION AND TICKETS

OFFICIAL TICKET PURCHASES
Legitimate event tickets are ONLY available via What the Furry Market’s official ticket site. Please report anyone offering tickets via any other method. WTFM is not responsible for any losses incurred by buying tickets from anywhere other than our official ticket site.

HAVING A TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY TO ALL SPACES AT ALL TIMES

Due to room limits, there is a small chance that you may be required to wait to enter the market space. 

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

Tickets can be refunded up to 1 month before the market. 

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee up to 2 weeks before the market.

Refunds may have an administration fee deducted.

ACCESSIBILITY AND CARERS

Supporting those with Disability is important to us. As such, while we aren’t formally registered with any disability support schemes, we can offer free passes for certified care workers. For a carer to be eligible they must hold a current and valid Companion Card and have valid credentials showing they are a part of a registered care organisation. These passes cannot be used individually and the carer MUST be in the presence of the full ticket holder.

WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS GOODS

Strictly no weapons or dangerous goods are permitted in or around the event. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dangerous chemicals
  • Items that could cause bodily or property harm even if not presented as a weapon
  • Items that replicate weapons such as swords or guns

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The names “What the Furry Market” and “WTFM” belong to What the Furry Market. The must not be used in any negative way that might affect the branding or community it supports. If requested, you agree to remove any media and refrain from further negative interactions.

PETS AND ANIMALS

Pets and animals without documentation showing they are a service animal are not permitted. Emotional Support / Therapy Animals will not be allowed on the premises without the right documentation.

What the Furry Market reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry at any time without prior notice.
